John Cowan has a relentless passion for excellence in serving our customers. He has over 30 years of multi-national experience delivering finished machined components to Fortune 500 OEMs in the most demanding applications. “Innovation and technology create value for our customers. Director of Human Resources
Teresa has an eagle eye for talent, and a knack for recruiting the best of the best candidates for any position. In addition to talent acquisition, Teresa is responsible for all facets of human resources, including employee relations, benefits, training and safety. She’s a member of the American Foundry Society HR Committee and the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds the SPHR Certification, and has a BA from the University of Northern Iowa.
Director of Quality
Bruce is obsessed with excellence in making sure our customers receive the quality product they expect and deserve. Using state of the art equipment and the highest quality standards in industry he dives deep into the details of product quality and foundry processes to help deliver world class quality performance. Prior to joining ATEK, Bruce worked in a variety of operations and quality assurance positions. He has a Masters degree in Statistics, and an impressive resume of technical skills ranging from electronics and circuit boards to machining, anodizing and subcontract assembly.
